“The Intercultural Effectiveness Seminar” is a two-day interactive cross-company workshop focusing on the challenges of working in a culturally diverse business environment. With your peers and an Astraya facilitator you will navigate through the fundamentals of cross-cultural dynamics.
The participants will first perform a comprehensive personal analysis of their own individually generated cultural profile and of the personalized feedback provided. They will learn how communication patterns work from an intercultural perspective through the use of videos, discussions, self-assessment and the creation of action plans. They will quickly recognize that what seems to be interpersonal mis-communication often has its roots in cross-cultural differences. The participants will then practice with new tools that enable them to modify their work style and become more effective with their colleagues/partners/clients from other cultures.
The audience is limited to 12 participants per group to focus on the priorities and on each individual need identified in the pre-assessment survey carried out prior to the workshop.
As participant of an Astraya Intercultural Effectiveness Seminar you will be granted 1 year access to the Culture Compass Online where you can review and practice the acquired knowledge and have access to state of the art databases of over 60 countries.
